Enjoy cycling in the higher spots of Uganda’s oldest and most ancient rainforest that Bwindi Impenetrable Forest also referred to as Africa’s true jungle.
During the ride tourists will be entertained by the area’s landscape, vegetation cover and wildlife species like Bushbucks, black and white colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys, Olive baboons. Cycling trips in Buhoma are arranged by the Community Development Initiative group called “Ride for a Woman Organization” this group aims at changing the livelihood of Women in Buhoma region. The group also provides well-maintained bikes for hire incase tourists didn’t carry one and by doing this you’re directly supporting the organization, the women and the local community as a whole.
