Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Depart early from Kampala or Entebbe. Stop at the Equator for photos and refreshments, then continue through Mbarara for lunch.
Arrive in Bwindi (Buhoma or Ruhija sector) and check into your lodge. Optional Batwa community visit in the evening to experience traditional dances and culture.

Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
Early breakfast, then head to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. Trek through the rainforest in search of your habituated gorilla family, spending up to one hour observing and photographing these incredible primates.
Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.
