Detailed Travel Plan
Day 1: Nairobi → Masai Mara National Reserve
Depart Nairobi early morning and drive through the Great Rift Valley, enjoying scenic viewpoints along the way. Arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive across the vast savannah, spotting plains game and predators. Dinner and overnight at the safari lodge or camp.
Day 2: Full-Day Masai Mara Game Drives
Spend the entire day exploring different sectors of the Masai Mara. Morning and afternoon game drives maximize chances of seeing the Big Five, large herbivore herds, and predators such as lions and cheetahs. Picnic lunch inside the reserve or return to camp. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Masai Mara Exploration & Leisure
Enjoy an early morning game drive near riverine areas known for wildlife concentration. After breakfast, relax at the lodge or opt for optional activities such as a Maasai village visit (extra cost). Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Masai Mara → Nairobi → Diani Beach (Flight)
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi and connect to a scheduled domestic flight to the South Coast. Upon arrival in Diani, transfer to your beach resort. Evening at leisure by the Indian Ocean.
Day 5–6: Diani Beach Relaxation
Spend two full days enjoying Diani Beach’s white sands and turquoise waters. Optional activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, dhow cruises, dolphin tours, or spa treatments. These days are dedicated to rest and coastal experiences.
Day 7: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your onward or international flight, marking the end of your bush and beach adventure.
